Switching from Curling Club Manager

Curling IO runs your club's registrations, leagues, website and payments in one place, and the essential features are free. If your club uses Curling Club Manager today, here's what changes when you move.

What it costs

Curling Club Manager lists an annual fee of $600 CAD on its website (as of October 2026).

Curling IO's Essential tier costs nothing. It includes member registration, a hosted club website, online payments, email broadcasts, and membership and financial reports. Online payments carry a per-transaction rate, and Premium adds advanced tools. See pricing for the rates and a cost calculator.

What your club gets

  • Registration and payments. Curlers register and pay online, and you build the registration form your club needs. Products
  • Leagues and competitions. Build round robins and brackets, arrange the draw schedule, and publish scores and standings. Round robins and draw schedules
  • A club website. Every club gets a website connected to its registrations, schedules and results, at no extra cost. Website hosting
  • Rental bookings. Members book practice ice or the lounge online and pay when they book. Calendar
  • Waivers. Collect liability releases and photo consents during registration. Waivers
  • Accounting. Follow every payment through accrual accounting and export to QuickBooks or Sage. Accounting transactions

How the switch works

  1. Watch the tutorial videos and read Getting started, so you know what Curling IO does before you commit.
  2. Book an onboarding session. It's a screen share where we set up your leagues, fees, discounts and products to match how your club runs. Bring everyone who will manage the club. You get administrator access at the end of the session.
  3. Import last season's curlers from a CSV file, so members don't start from scratch. How importing works
  4. Keep your current website running until you're ready. You can run the Curling IO site alongside it and switch over when it suits your club.
