Refunds report

Use the Refunds report to review refunds recorded against your organization's orders, including failed deliveries and replacement payments. It shows the status, destination, creation and withdrawal dates, amount, and any refund still owed.

Open the report

Go to Reports > Financial > Refunds.

Refunds report with date and refund-method filters, summary totals, and an order row.

The report opens from the start of your current season through today. Select an order name to review the original payment and its refunds.

Filter the refunds

  • By date chooses whether From and To apply to Created or Withdrawn on.
  • Created includes refund records created during the selected dates, including refunds whose withdrawal is still pending.
  • Withdrawn on includes only refunds with a withdrawal date in the selected range.
  • Refund method limits the report to one destination, such as online card, cash, cheque, or club credit.

Each page shows up to 12 refunds, newest first. The summary covers every matching refund.

Understand the totals

Count includes all matching rows, including failed deliveries. Amount totals successful refunds. Refund still owed shows the amount still due after failed deliveries and replacement payments. Net withdrawn includes only successful refunds with a recorded withdrawal date.

Pending under Withdrawn on means Curling IO does not yet have a withdrawal date. Select the order when you need the refund's operational or provider details. This report does not initiate, retry, or cancel a refund.

For a possible refund created by a later purchase, start in the Attention Centre. Its retroactive discount item links to the historical Order and can open a refund form with the eligible values prefilled. The report also includes refunds whose delivery failed; open the order to review what is still owed and any replacement payment.

Download the results

Set the filters, then select Download. The refunds.csv file contains every matching row and includes the order, refund method, created date, withdrawal date, and amount.
