Current and upcoming offerings

Go to Reports > Registration > Current and upcoming offerings to review registrations, registration limits and waiting lists for enabled offerings that have not ended.

Use the keyword, season and product-type filters to narrow the list. Choose a column and direction under Sort by. The default order is soonest start first, with names breaking ties. Offerings without a start date come last.

Registrations counts the same places as the dashboard, including processing checkout holds. For offerings limited to one purchase per participant per season, the selected season controls this count. Other offerings use their full capacity count. Waiting counts active waiting-list entries; cancelled, claimed and unused entries are excluded. No limit means the offering has no configured registration cap.

When you open the report from the dashboard, it keeps the card’s registration season and capture time for deciding which offerings are current or upcoming. The Offerings as of value shows that cutoff. Use View live report to return to the current cutoff. Registration and waiting counts are read when you open the report, so they can change after the dashboard snapshot.

Select an offering to open its Product page. Use Download for a CSV with all matching offerings, including rows on other pages. Dates use your Organization’s time zone.

The dashboard stores only the five soonest offerings and the full count. The report holds the complete list.
