Support

You can submit supports requests from within Curling IO. Support requests submitted any other way may be missed or at a minimum will take longer for a response.

It's important to differentiate between support requests and feature requests. Do not submit feature requests here, instead please use our feedback board where you can not only post your request but also find and vote on other feature requests.

Please keep in mind that support has a cost (to us). We made a choice early on, that in order to keep costs and fees to a minimum, our clubs would need to self-support as much as possible. To this end, we have provided tutorial videos and documentation covering all of our features, which you can find in the left navigation area. Most other platforms have yearly fees to cover their support costs, while we allow clubs to operate free of charge. If you are not comfortable self-supporting, and need more hands-on guidance, we do offer paid support options.

Finding Support Requests

Within your admin area, click on the Club dropdown menu in the top bar and then click on Support Request.

To submit a support request click on the New support request button.

Submitting Support Requests

Please provide as much information as possible when submitting support requests. Do not submit multiple issues in one support request. Every issue should be submitted separately.

If your issue involves:

  • an order, please provide the order ID or a link to the order.
  • a curler, please provide the name or email of the curler.
  • a user login, please provide the email address they used to login with.
  • an error message, please tell us exactly what that message was and what you were trying to do when you ran into it, and / or a link to the page you were on.

Subject

This is required and helps us identify the type of support request.

Curler name

If your issue involves a curler in any way, please provide their name here. This will expedite identification and resolution of the issue.

Order number

If your issue involves an order in any way, please provide the order number here. This will expedite identification and resolution of the issue.

Item name

If your issue involves a league, competition, product, fee, or discount please provide the name of it here. This will expedite identification and resolution of the issue.

Attachment

Providing a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing can be extremely useful in identifying and reproducing the issue.

Body

Describe the issue in as much detail as you can. The more detail you can provide the faster we can identify the issue.

Please note that direct email requests will take longer to respond to than requests sent via in-app support.
